We provide professional and reliable services that pet owners can count on, while putting your pets' well-being, health, and welfare first! Thanks to Jordan's wonderful training and having previously worked as a Veterinary Nurse, she understands the love and devotion of all us pet owners.

This is why Jordan has dedicated her life to ensuring every animal is safe & happy at the salon — providing real solutions to the most common problems pet owners face.

It is the policy of Diamonds in the Ruff to put the pet first, welfare before vanity, and to ensure a safe and friendly environment for your pets. ​​

Jordan is very busy in the Competition grooming ring, taking many placements and wins, with particular interest in Asian Fusion, Poodle and Workshop categories.

Jordan has also been nominated for many awards such as Groomphoria's 'Rising Star', and winning Salon Groomer of the Years 'Most Inspirational Groomer 2025'!!

Jordan and her Standard Poodle, Elsa (Namkia Let It Go of Wyndruna) are a successful show team. They have qualified for Crufts every year since they started and have had many successes at Championship shows around the country! ​

Diamonds In The Ruff has made Finalist in Best Welsh Business Awards Pet Services from 2022 to 2025, while taking the award or running up throughout this time. We have also been nominates for the Animal Star Awards, and awarded Best Pet Services over the last couple of years.​​
